How to play Blocks
Blocks is a free block puzzle game with no ads: drag pieces onto an 8×8 board, fill rows and columns to clear them, chain combos for big scores, and play a daily run of twenty trays that is the same for everyone.
- Drag a piece from the tray onto the board. Pieces do not turn.
- Fill a whole row or column and it clears. Lines that fill together clear together and score more.
- Clear again within your next three pieces and the combo goes up. The dots under the score show how many pieces you have left to keep it.
- Empty the whole board for a clean sweep bonus.
- The game ends when nothing left in the tray fits. The dealer checks each tray before you see it and redraws any that cannot be played out, so a lost game is down to the board, not the dealer.

Questions
Does Blocks have ads or revives?
No. There are no ads, no banners and no revives to watch a video for. The game is saved after every piece and opens straight back onto your board.
What is the daily run?
Twenty trays dealt from the day’s seed: the same pieces in the same order for everyone, so the scores compare like for like. Playing it every day keeps a streak.
How does scoring work in Blocks?
One point for every square you place, more for lines cleared together (10, 30, 60, 100 and up), all multiplied by the combo. A clean sweep is worth 300 times the combo.
Can I play Blocks with friends?
Yes. In a group from the home page, everyone’s best scores go on one table.
